Job Description ✍️

We build. We create impact. And now, we need a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support and grow our strategic accounts across the Americas. This critical role involves driving adoption, delivering measurable business value, and scaling VusionGroup solutions within complex customer environments.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong ties with key stakeholders, serving as the main contact for inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Customer Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the post-sales lifecycle for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring long-term success and ROI realization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and act as a trusted advisor by developing relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Business Reviews & Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews, success planning, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze usage patterns and feedback to uncover adoption, expansion, or optimization opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance services.
  • Change Management & Scaling: Lead efforts in change management and solution scaling within customer environments.
  • Value Translation: Convert technical product capabilities into clear business value and operational benefits.
  • Language & Cultural Bridge: Provide seamless communication and service to Spanish-speaking stakeholders, bridging cultural and linguistic gaps.

Qualifications ✅

Experience 💼

  • Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or related client-facing roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — verbal and written.
  • Experience supporting strategic or enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge of cloud platform services, data management tools like PowerBi or Tableau.
  • Optional: Experience in retail technology or digital transformation solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Skills & Abilities 🎯

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Always prioritize and enhance the customer experience.
  • Project Management: Skilled at managing deadlines and delivering projects on time.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with logical structuring of ideas.
  • Collaboration: Ability to liaise across operational, technical, and functional disciplines in a virtual, global team environment.
  • Travel Readiness: Able to travel up to 25% depending on client needs.

Educational Background 🎓

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, STEM fields, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related areas.
