Role Overview 🎯
The YouTrack Marketing and Business Development team is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Success Engineer. In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with our small, mid-sized, and enterprise customers.
- Assist partners in deploying YouTrack effectively across the DACH region and globally.
- Provide technical guidance and pre-sales engineering support to new prospects.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and technical training for existing customers.
- Create and adapt sales, demo, and promotional materials tailored to different use cases.
- Manage large accounts proactively to retain and grow them.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and the product team to communicate feedback and ideas.
- Identify potential partners and work with current ones to enhance their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
What We're Looking For 🌟
- At least three years of customer-facing experience in project management, software development, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), as it is the main language for communication within our team and with customers.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is essential for customer interactions, meetings, demos, and correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable conducting in-person and remote presentations, hosting Q&A sessions, and demonstrating products.
- Technical background with experience in developer tools, software development, QA, system administration, release automation, or related areas.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently within a distributed team environment.
- A proven track record of building and developing B2B relationships.
