What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer journey, prioritizing customer needs.
- Assist customers with understanding and completing the onboarding process.
- Provide insights on adoption and engagement, including specific customer outcomes during Business Reviews.
- Coach customers to become Voxy product experts and train their teams on Voxy methodology, fostering self-sufficiency.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on fostering loyalty.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure alignment on plans and strategies.
- Support renewal cycles by scoping appropriate projects, ensuring high retention and engagement.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow Voxy’s footprint within client organizations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative solutions.
- Facilitate customer references and develop case studies.
- Ensure transparency of customer health and success metrics using Voxy’s management tools.
- Prepare reports and conduct business reviews to showcase program performance.
What We’re Looking For 🔍
- Over 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
- Fluent in English required. Spanish proficiency is a big plus.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven accountability for delivering timely and successful client solutions.
- Tech-savvy with experience creating reports and conducting Business Reviews.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and SaaS tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative team player who drives customer loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Professional customer service experience with tact and diplomacy.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
