Position Overview
This role is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. They ensure customer concerns are promptly resolved, maintain high product standards, and meet sales goals while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, including minors, and handle access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to maximize client satisfaction.
- Stay current with product features and uphold the store’s visual standards and quality.
- Achieve excellent customer service outcomes while meeting sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, stock shelves, and set up displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
- Perform product tinting, mixing, and handling deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support store operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
- Experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
