Your Role: Customer Service Specialist with Italian 🇮🇹

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Order to Cash team, delivering exceptional support to our retail and wholesale partners. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, resolving inquiries, and overseeing credit collection to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order cycle — entry, validation, release of blocked orders, and application of commercial policies regarding discounts and pricing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for dedicated retail and wholesale customers, resolving inquiries related to prices, invoices, and complaints.
  • Liaise with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to monitor deliveries and ensure timely distribution of products.
  • Oversee credit collection activities — monitor payments and verify compliance with payment plans.
  • Contribute to process improvements in Order to Cash (O2C) to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma / GED or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English with solid proficiency in SAP (S4H) and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong ability to build professional networks and relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, such as month-end closing
  • Experience in a shared service environment
