Seeking a dedicated Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role! 🌟
Role Responsibilities
- 🤝 Engage with customers in Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions in person.

- 🔄 Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm their issues are resolved.
- 🗣️ Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance discussions.
- 📈 Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- 🧑💼 Handle escalated complaints professionally and courteously.
- ✔️ Monitor interactions for quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications
- ✅ Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
- 🇪🇸 Bilingual in Spanish is a must!
- 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- ⏱️ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- 💻 Experience with CRM software is a plus.
