Seeking a dedicated Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role! 🌟

Role Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Engage with customers in Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions in person.

  • 🔄 Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm their issues are resolved.
  • 🗣️ Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance discussions.
  • 📈 Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • 🧑‍💼 Handle escalated complaints professionally and courteously.
  • ✔️ Monitor interactions for quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications

  • ✅ Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
  • 🇪🇸 Bilingual in Spanish is a must!
  • 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 🛠️ Ability to resolve conflicts and promptly respond to customer needs.
  • ⏱️ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • 💻 Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.
