Working Hours: 16:00 PM - 00:00 AM

Minimum Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
• Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and handling basic troubleshooting inquiries
• Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary
• Location: Based in South Africa (Remote Work)
