Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

Location: Remote - Germany

As we expand across Europe, we're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with our Operations team to support and manage our innovative on-demand mobility services.

This position is fully remote, provided you're based in Germany. 🇩🇪

What You'll Do

• Ensure smooth daily operations: Provide support via telephone and email to keep services running seamlessly.
• Work scheduled shifts: including night shifts, Sundays, and holidays, with applicable shift bonuses.
• Support drivers and passengers: Address questions and concerns to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction: Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Grow with us: Take on more responsibilities and increase your compensation as you develop skills.

Who You Are

• Language skills: Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
• Excellent communicator: Able to adapt tone to different situations.
• People-oriented: Enjoy advising and supporting over the phone.
• Resilient under pressure: Keep calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
• Quick learner: No prior call center experience necessary — eager to learn and deliver quality service.
