Seeking a dedicated bilingual customer service representative fluent in Spanish to enhance our customer experience and support our team.

Role Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Engage with customers in Spanish face-to-face to address inquiries and provide solutions.

  • ⚠️ Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • ✅ Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications

  • ✅ Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
  • 🗣️ Bilingual in Spanish (must be fluent).
