Seeking a dedicated bilingual customer service representative fluent in Spanish to enhance our customer experience and support our team.
Role Responsibilities
- ๐ค Engage with customers in Spanish face-to-face to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- ๐ Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- ๐ Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- ๐ Stay updated on company products and services to offer informed assistance.

- ๐ Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Qualifications
- โ Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Bilingual in Spanish (must be fluent).
