🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries: Communicate effectively with customers in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information: Guide customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve issues promptly: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain records: Document interactions accurately within CRM systems.
- Collaborate internally: Work with teams to escalate and resolve complex cases as needed.
- Achieve performance goals: Meet metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist with translations: Support translation of customer communications and support materials when required.

🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in customer service, including call center, retail, or corporate support environments.

- Language proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese; excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to connect with clients and solve problems effectively.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
