📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information: Deliver accurate details about our products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Resolve issues: Address customer complaints and resolve problems promptly with empathy and professionalism.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate: Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

🎓 Qualifications
