Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Customer Support: Assist customers in their preferred language using call flow guides
- Technical Assistance: Help resolve basic technical issues
- Documentation: Track, document, and retrieve customer information from databases
- Upselling: Offer additional products or services when appropriate
- Customer Experience: Deliver expert, friendly service with a smile 😄
Qualifications 🎯
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience
- Open availability for scheduling
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Proficiency in multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Strong computer navigation skills and basic PC knowledge
- Own a desktop or laptop for testing purposes (company-provided hardware may be available)
- High-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Residency in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address
