Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing a variety of customer inquiries, resolving service concerns, and documenting customer requests with professionalism and empathy. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities 🎯

• Resolve issues that do not require an agent's license and refer complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Complete customer transactional requests as provided by callers.
• Use probing questions and active listening to understand and address customer issues, demonstrating interest, compassion, and empathy.
• Accurately process changes to customer policies based on provided information, and identify situations needing transfer to a licensed representative.
• Verify coverage for customers and provide proof of insurance documentation.
• Acknowledge and direct customer requests for additional products or services to the appropriate licensed representative.
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction for all transactions.
• Manage requests related to customer documentation and clearly explain details, including any follow-up actions required.

Qualifications 📝

• Prior contact center experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi (preferred) and English (required).
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in keyboarding.
