Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing various customer inquiries, resolving service concerns, and documenting requests to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues that do not require an agent's license and refer complex cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Complete customer transactional requests as guided by customer callers.
  • Use probing questions and active listening skills to understand customer issues, demonstrating interest, compassion, and empathy. 🤝
  • Accurately process changes to customer policies based on provided information, and identify situations needing transfer to licensed representatives.
  • Verify coverage for customers and provide proof of insurance documentation.
  • Acknowledge customer requests for additional products or services and direct them to the appropriate licensed team member.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and overall customer satisfaction for all transactions handled.
  • Manage documentation requests and clearly communicate details, including any follow-up actions required from the customer.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a contact center environment is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi (preferred) and English (required).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Basic PC proficiency, including keyboard skills.
