Role Overview

Become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality service in modern, comfortable hotels that balance guest satisfaction with competitive prices. As a member of the Italian-speaking customer service team based in Lisbon, you'll ensure guests enjoy exceptional support and a seamless reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and email contacts from Italian-speaking customers.
• Provide hotel information, pricing details, and assist with reservations and payments.
• Resolve inquiries regarding loyalty programs and customer accounts.
• Utilize reservation systems efficiently to match customer needs.
• Convert calls into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high performance standards and customer satisfaction.

Training Program

• Duration: approximately 7 working days, 8 hours per day
• Language: Conducted in English
• Content: System tools, reservation processes, customer communication, and product knowledge
• Compensation: €185.60 per week (paid upon successful completion)
• Contract signing occurs at the end of training or on the following workday

Working Conditions

• Workplace: Modern office located in central Lisbon, near Intercampus Metro and Train Station 🚆
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break), rotational shifts, from Monday to Sunday
• Weekday hours: 08:00 – 20:00
• Weekend hours: 08:00 – 18:00
• Trial Period: 1 month after contract signing
• Holidays: Up to 22 days per year according to Portuguese labor law

Compensation (With Apartment)

• Total Gross Monthly Salary: €1,040.66

Alternative Compensation (With Apartment)

• Total Gross Monthly Salary: €1,366.55
