We are hiring a remote Customer Service Representative who will be essential in providing exceptional support to customers, agents, and clients across the US and Canada. This role requires residing within a 50-mile radius of our office locations and being authorized to work in the United States.

🎯 Your Impact

• Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to answer insurance-related questions and ensure proper follow-up for accuracy and issue resolution.
• Assist with problem resolution to meet all insurance requirements, verifying and entering correct information into our systems.
• Process policies and documents to maintain smooth workflow across processing systems.
• Support other departments when workload demands.
• Achieve departmental standards for productivity and accuracy consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and client information, ensuring security at all times.

🎓 Successful Candidates Will Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and French (speaking, spelling, grammar)

⏰ Available Schedules

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time
• Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time, and Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time

💰 Pay Range & Additional Info

Hourly Rate: $16.00

The pay range is based on experience, location, and other factors, provided in good faith.
