Position Details

• Role: Temporary Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)
• Support: Contact/Call Center for a federal government agency
• Location: Gettysburg, PA

Requirements

• ✔️ Permanent Residency or US Citizenship required for government background check
• ✔️ HS Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or government information support role
• ✔️ Proficiency with MS Office
• ✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills to handle the public on topics related to FCC website, forms, procedures, policies, and licensing
• ✔️ Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• 📞 Respond to public inquiries related to licensing procedures, application requirements, and complaint processes
• 📝 Provide accurate guidance on online forms, documentation, and procedures
• 🔍 Research and resolve escalated or complex issues by referencing FCC policies and resources
• 🗃️ Document all customer interactions accurately in compliance with FCC and contract standards
• 🎓 Support quality assurance and training by identifying issues and recommending content improvements
• ⚠️ Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level specialists or government staff as needed
• 🖥️ Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers
• 🔑 Troubleshoot login issues and assist customers in navigating forms
