Customer Service Representatives

Must be bilinugal/Spanish

IMMEDIATE!!!!!

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Assisting customers with emailed orders
• Ensuring orders are processed and accurately reported for production
• Scheduling Appointments
• Assisting Sales Personnel with product information
• Handling complaints and forwarding to correct personnel / following up through approval for crediting if needed.
• Billing orders that are shipped out
• Assisting Shipping/Production Departments with needed paperwork
• Complete order reporting through Excel to provide to management
• Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
