About the Role

Transdev is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented individual fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to enhance our team. If you are passionate about safety and delivering top-tier service, this opportunity is for you!

What We Offer 🚗

• Position Type: Non-CBA
• Competitive Compensation: $21.50 to $30.09 per hour
• Benefits Include:

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries or escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance standards.
• Document trip details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate standard telephone systems
• Flexible to work shifts or varied schedules as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements (if applicable)

Physical & Accessibility Requirements 💪

• Work is primarily indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
• Sit, type, and view computer screens for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours daily)
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Bending, kneeling, or crouching to access files or equipment at ground level
• Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities
