Transdev is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin) Customer Service Representative to serve as a vital link between our customers, providers, and clients. If you are passionate about safety and customer care, this could be your next great opportunity!

What We Offer 🚀

• Position Type: Non-CBA
• Competitive Compensation: $21.50 – $30.09 per hour

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns with accurate information or escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Document trip details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment details, and addresses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications ✅

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Proficient in computer usage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system
• Flexible work schedule, including shifts as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable (no Schedule I drugs, including cannabis)

Physical Requirements 💪

The role requires the ability to:

• Work indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
• Sit, type, and view computer screens for extended periods (6–8 hours daily)
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs., and perform bending, kneeling, or crouching as needed
