Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Temp-to-Perm, $20-$21/HR.( Client may consider Direct Hire)

Monday - Friday, 1st shift Part-time, 25 hours a week (10a-3p or 9a-2p)

• Receives, enters, and monitors customer orders
• Handles inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
• Tracks progress of orders and provides information to customers regarding open orders, shipping and invoicing.
• Helps to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Assists sales team in meeting or exceeding set sales goals and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annualized basis.
• Maintains customer records and level of service by updating account information in the system.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assists with accounts receivables and collection calls.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers
• Communicate effectively in English (and Spanish preferred) to assist a diverse customer base, other languages a plus
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their experience
• Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products or services
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with data entry and CRM software is advantageous
