- Handle inquiries: Manage inbound and outbound queries via phone, email, and chat in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Provide information: Share accurate details about our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism.
- Document interactions: Record customer interactions accurately within CRM systems.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Meet performance targets: Achieve key metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist with translation: Support in translating customer communications and support materials when needed.

🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 12 years in customer service roles (call center, retail, or corporate support).
