Customer Service Representative

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls to identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction 📞
• Maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating persistence, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 🤝
• Build trust and sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication 💬
• Support Managers by completing tasks efficiently to provide exceptional service to clients 📝
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, explain insurance concepts, and process claims paperwork (training provided) 📂
• File applications and process claims accurately and swiftly 📄
• Provide additional support to team members as needed 🤗

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese 🗣️
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral ✍️
• Customer-oriented with adaptability to different personalities 🌟
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team 🤝
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills ⏱️
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook 💻
