Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced bilingual professional fluent in English and Mandarin to handle customer inquiries, order processing, claims management, and data entry, contributing to our commitment to excellent service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing across multiple warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while supporting invoicing procedures.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication via calls and emails regarding order statuses, issues, damage claims, and general questions.
• Handle freight and merchandise claims with carriers like FedEx and UPS, tracking claim status and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics, transportation providers, and suppliers to guarantee timely and efficient service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate smooth communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Excel data analysis skills are a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong time-management skills to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and customer awareness.
