We are looking for an experienced bilingual professional to provide exceptional customer service, handle order processing, and support our customer and vendor relationships.

📝 Job Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, reviewing order flow, managing claims, and inputting data to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order processing across warehouses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and supporting invoicing activities.
  • Manage communications via inbound and outbound calls/emails regarding order status, issues, damage claims, and general questions.
  • Handle freight/merchandise claims with carriers such as FedEx and UPS, tracking claim statuses effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different regions to build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing high-quality service to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, transportation companies, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

🎓 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with preferred strong Excel data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time-management skills for prompt response to inquiries and issues.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and customer awareness.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
