Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, customer-obsessed Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve our diverse customer base, including members of benefit plans, employers, healthcare providers, doctors, and hospitals. In this role, you will create valuable connections by guiding customers through their benefits and resolving their inquiries with empathy and professionalism. You’ll educate, support, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction while fostering trust and loyalty.
Starting pay: $19.02/hour 💵
Training & Work Schedule
- Complete up to 10 weeks of virtual training, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Training hours can start as early as 7am and end as late as 7pm in your time zone.
- Post-training, the position is remote, with schedules starting as early as 7am EST and ending as late as 8pm EST, adjustable based on your time zone.
- Note: No time off requests during training period.
Must-Have Requirements ✅

- Resolve inquiries efficiently, documenting all interactions meticulously.
- Educate customers about their healthcare resources and options.
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions for enhanced satisfaction.
- Collaborate across teams, address service issues, and improve outcomes.
- Maintain confidential records of communications and customer data.

Qualifications
Required 📋
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, certified via assessment
Preferred 🌟
- Over 1 year of contact center experience (calls, chats, or emails)
- Healthcare experience—claims, providers, dental, medical, etc.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Location in the Eastern Time Zone (preferred)
Educational Requirements 🎓
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Position Details

- Employment type: Full-time
- Pay Range: $17.00 – $34.15 per hour 💰
