Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, customer-obsessed Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to care for our diverse customer base, including members, employers, healthcare providers, and hospitals. In this role, you'll foster meaningful connections by assisting with benefits and claims, aiming to improve health and well-being. Empathy, adaptability, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential as you handle various inquiries with kindness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen and advocate for customers, understanding their needs and providing guidance.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while documenting all interactions.
- Educate customers about their benefits and available resources, helping them navigate options.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service outcomes.
- Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct.
Performance Metrics
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Embedding CVS/Aetna’s “Heart at Work” behaviors: Putting People First, Joining Forces, and Inspiring Trust.
- First-call resolution rate.
- Interaction quality and accuracy.
- Adherence to scheduled work hours.
Training & Schedule Details
Training will be conducted virtually over up to 10 weeks, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Once trained, the role is remote, with schedules starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 8 pm EST, depending on your time zone. Please note:
- Time off requests are not approved during training.
- Must have high-speed internet and be willing to work specific hours with flexibility.
Requirements to Succeed 💡

Qualifications
Required
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, certified via assessment.
Preferred
- Over 1 year of customer service in a contact center environment.
- Experience in healthcare-related fields such as claims, provider, dental, or medical services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Location within the Eastern Time Zone.
Educational Background
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Work Details & Compensation
Weekly hours: 40 hours
Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17.00 – $34.15 per hour
This range depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. The specific offer will be determined during the hiring process.
