• Location: White Marsh / Middle River, MD (Baltimore County)
• Schedule: Evening Shift | Monday–Friday 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM (+ occasional Saturday)
• Pay: $17.00 – $18.50/hour, earning up to $18.50/hr as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Representative

About the Role

Abel Personnel is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading transportation and tolling services company in White Marsh, Maryland. This role is perfect for candidates seeking call center jobs, customer support roles, or bilingual customer service careers in the Baltimore County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and provide accurate information
• Assist with account setup, updates, and maintenance
• Explain policies, procedures, and account details clearly
• Process payments and transactions with accuracy
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up for resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Meet or exceed performance and quality standards

Training & Schedule

• Paid Training (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required, with a scheduled weekday off

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Customer service or call center experience (0–1+ years welcome)
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Detail-oriented with an ability to follow procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet attendance and schedule expectations
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Work Environment

• Professional call center setting
• Primarily seated, with frequent computer and phone use
• Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 lbs
