Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer a rewarding role within our client's Health Products Department, based in Greece. This position focuses on delivering exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate health and wellness solutions with confidence.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding health products 🗣️📧💬
• Assist clients with questions related to product availability, usage, and benefits
• Efficiently handle order processing, returns, and resolve customer complaints
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system 📋
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution 🤝
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings 📝
• Stay updated on health and wellness industry trends 🌱

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication skills. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your CV and/or Cover Letter 📝
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for health and wellness ❤️
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, dedicated to supporting customers' journeys
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems (a plus) 💻
