About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in customer service and logistics, coupled with a positive, team-oriented attitude. You will serve as a vital link between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Customer & Internal Support: Act as a primary contact for customers and internal clients regarding order status, logistics tracking, inquiries, and issues via phone and email.
- Data & Order Processing: Accurately enter data, receive and process purchase orders and return authorizations, and update logistics and sales activities in company systems.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure order processing accuracy and demand forecasting.
- Pricing & Quotations: Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Interface with internal departments and external suppliers (domestic and international) to facilitate timely delivery of products.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Resolve purchase, warranty, and delivery issues as they arise.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels to ensure product requests and purchases are fulfilled.
- Administrative Assistance: Support booking for internal events, travel arrangements, and distribution of sales and commission reports.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team operations.
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- Language Fluency: Fluency in Korean and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales administration, procurement, inventory control, or inside sales—preferably in manufacturing.
- Independence: Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
- Problem-Solving & Time Management: Excellent skills to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
