Join a leading global industrial equipment manufacturer as a Korean – English bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator. This full-time, direct hire role offers a compelling benefits package and the chance to be part of a dynamic, international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer and Internal Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status, logistics tracking, inquiries, and issue resolution via phone and email.
- Data Management: Enter data accurately, process purchase orders and return authorizations, and update logistics and sales information in company systems.
- Collaborative Operations: Work closely with Operations and Sales departments to ensure seamless order processing and accurate demand forecasting.
- Pricing & Quotations: Assist with product pricing strategies and provide quotations to customers.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers (domestic and international) to ensure timely product delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer issues related to purchases, warranties, and delivery promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels to guarantee sufficient inventory for customer requests and orders.
- Administrative Support: Help with internal event bookings, travel arrangements, and the distribution of sales and commission reports.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Fluency: Proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales administration, purchasing, inventory management, or inside sales, preferably in manufacturing.
- Independence & Initiative: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-Solving & Time Management: Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
