Responsibilities 📝

• Serve as an operational contact for managing clients during vehicle difficulties such as breakdowns
• Oversee the digital support process and intervene when necessary
• Ensure successful support through chat and voice channels, and coordinate directly with our network of suppliers

Requirements 📋

• Availability to work shifts 24/7
• Fluent in German
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus
• Strong team spirit
