We are seeking a multilingual customer service professional with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via email, online, and voice channels in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to logistics, returns, exchanges, and after-sales technical support for smart home products such as robot vacuums, floor scrubbers, hair dryers, and other small appliances on Amazon and overseas e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze customer needs through effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction with accurate and professional responses.
  • Provide timely feedback on service issues and actively suggest improvements.

Working Hours

During daylight saving time: 15:00 - 24:00

During standard time: 16:00 - 01:00

Schedule: Work five days a week with two days off.
