Position Overview

Role: Customer Service Bilingual Supervisor
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 8-hour shifts 🕗

Qualifications

  • ⏱️ Proven experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and high morale

  • 🎯 Prior management experience with demonstrated leadership success (preferred)
  • 💡 Innovative thinking and ability to implement new ideas
  • 💻 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills

  • 🎥 Monitor calls to ensure adherence to our high standards
