Key Responsibilities

  • 🕒 Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate tools to ensure timely handling of tickets, adhering to defined thresholds
  • 🔄 Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change request opportunities
  • 💬 Respond effectively to queries from client employees and business partners, aligning with standards and contracts
  • 📝 Perform HR data entry with validation, ensuring accuracy according to standards and client agreements
  • 🔍 Provide HRIS navigation support to clients
  • 🤫 Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • 🚀 Participate in projects as required and assigned

Requirements

  • 💻 Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 🗣️ Advanced proficiency in English and German
  • ⏳ 1-2 years relevant experience in Payroll, HR Benefits, or HR Outsourcing
  • 🎯 Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data is a plus
  • 🌍 Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment
  • 🔍 Attention to detail
  • ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 🧠 Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
