Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and Polish-speaking Customer Service Associate to support our clients by delivering top-tier service to their customers. This remote role requires you to be based in either Poland or Bulgaria, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
As the first point of contact, you'll handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with issues, providing product support, and ensuring an exceptional service experience every time. 🤝
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Manage inbound customer communications in Polish across voice and digital channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively or escalate when necessary.
- Knowledge Management: Keep up-to-date with client products, services, and internal support tools.
- System Accuracy: Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems, paying close attention to detail.
- Follow-Ups: Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries through proactive communication.
- Feedback Loop: Share customer insights with internal teams to promote continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Quality: Follow all client and company policies, including data protection and service standards.
Qualifications
- Language: Full professional fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably within a contact center or BPO environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Attributes: Empathy, resilience, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work independently remotely.
- Flexibility: Willing to work on rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Legal Rights: Must have the right to work in Poland or Bulgaria.
