The annual base salary for this position is nationally competitive, reflecting the broad salary range across the country. The final salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, skills, education, credentials, and experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

📝 What Will You Do?
- Complete new hire training successfully.
- Handle inbound customer and partner inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and other channels, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Increase interaction diversity by developing your knowledge of quotes, policies, coverage options, billing, audits, or application support as you grow in your role.
- Build and nurture customer satisfaction and trust through active listening and accurate, thorough responses.
- Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously while engaging with customers.
- Adapt communication styles to provide positive, empathetic, and consistent customer experiences.
- Ensure all interactions are accurately documented following established guidelines and procedures.
- Support departmental projects and initiatives, and pursue developmental opportunities.
