Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism.
- Handle inbound calls daily, answering questions and routing calls appropriately.
- Assist customers with account information, credit and billing inquiries, processing payments, and placing online orders.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and management to resolve merchandise quality concerns.
- Negotiate and collect funds from customers as needed.
- Utilize computerized systems to search and access customer information within our records management systems.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the frontline of our support and client service team, providing top-tier service to our valued customers. Your core skills in English, communication, and customer service will help you handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
