We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support our patients through insurance and billing inquiries, ensuring excellent service in a dynamic call center environment.

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for assisting patients with insurance and billing questions and handling tasks directly related to the call center. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Processing payments 💰
• Changing or updating insurance information
• Updating patient demographics 🗂️
• Setting up payment plans 💳

This role involves maintaining departmental goals such as the required average wait time and managing projected daily call volume. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both oral and written, is essential. The position may require simple translation and basic to intermediate language interpretation to meet client and departmental needs.
