Join our team as a Customer Service and Quality Assurance Coordinator! We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to enhance customer satisfaction, handle claims, and maintain effective communication with clients and partners.

Role Overview

This pivotal role involves direct reporting to senior management and encompasses key responsibilities in customer service, quality assurance, and claim resolution to support our company's growth and reputation.

What Will You Do? 🚀

  • Client and Supplier Communication:

    Act as the main liaison with clients, suppliers, and business partners during inspection and quality control processes.

  • Claims Management and Issue Resolution:

    Serve as the primary contact for overseas customer claims, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

  • Negotiation and Relationship Building:

    Collaborate with estimators and negotiate with partners and suppliers to resolve concerns while fostering positive relationships.

  • Quality Assurance Support:

    Work with the operations team to inspect and review incoming goods, verifying compliance with quality standards.

  • Customer Service and Feedback Management:

    Follow up post-delivery to confirm customer satisfaction and address any concerns or returns.

Required Qualifications & Skills 🎯

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience in a flexible work environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level
  • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
  • Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and technology for inventory and communication

Work Environment 🏢

This is a full-time, on-site position conducted in an office environment. The role requires operating standard office equipment, including keyboards, and engaging in verbal communication.
