Your Role 🎯

• First point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing expert support throughout the entire booking experience.
• Handle inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and email to ensure positive and smooth interactions.
• Engage customers with deep knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best options for their needs.
• Enhance satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented service.
• Identify and escalate complex cases, collaborating closely with internal teams for prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Support team efforts by assisting with administrative tasks and sharing knowledge for continuous improvement.

Your Skills & Qualifications 🛠️

• Language proficiency: Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English (additional languages are a bonus!).
• Customer focus: Passionate about providing excellent service and helping customers find solutions.
• Professional experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing or service role.
• Technical skills: Proficient with MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities with a positive, professional tone.
• Flexibility & reliability: Able to work a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday, fully from home, with a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
