Your Role
- First point of contact: Support German-speaking customers throughout the booking process and beyond.
- Customer inquiries: Manage queries efficiently and empathetically via phone and email, ensuring positive touchpoints.
- Product knowledge: Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's services and solutions to recommend the best options.
- Customer satisfaction: Enhance loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.
- Escalation & collaboration: Identify complex cases and work closely with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Team contribution: Support administrative tasks and share knowledge to help improve team performance.
Your Skills
- Language proficiency: Native or near-native German and fluent English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Customer focus: Genuine passion for service excellence and helping customers find solutions.
- Professional experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a positive, professional tone.
- Flexibility & reliability: Ability to work on a rotating schedule from home with a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
