We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support in both English and French, playing a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and representing our brand.

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Care Agent, you will manage incoming calls and emails in English and French, ensuring professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction. Your primary goal is to provide accurate information, resolve inquiries and complaints, and offer level-1 technical support, contributing directly to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Handle a wide variety of customer cases via phone and email in both English and French
• Listen attentively to identify customer needs and demonstrate clear understanding and empathy
• Select the most appropriate resolution path for each case and ensure proper follow-up
• Maintain composure and professionalism at all times
• Accurately record, update, and document customer cases in designated tools
• Represent the company with a positive, customer-first attitude

Required Profile ✅

• Strong schedule flexibility; availability to work 44 hours per week on a rotating shift basis
• Minimum of a high school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
• Excellent command of both English and French (C1 level in English required; strong spoken/written French)
• Proven experience in customer service or commercial roles, ideally in a call center environment
• Experience in customer satisfaction–focused projects is a strong plus
• Interest or familiarity with wellness, mindfulness, or meditation is appreciated
