Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

As a Bilingual Customer Service/Administrative Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism ☎️

  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and customer interactions
  • Coordinating services and providing estimates to clients
  • Processing invoices and monitoring crew schedules

Job Requirements and Details

  • In-office role, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (flexible when necessary)
  • 3-5 years of professional office experience
  • Minimum 2-year college degree; a 4-year degree is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications; training on proprietary software will be provided
