📝 Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Function as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all accounts within your assigned territory, including phone, email, and fax communication
• Support field sales representatives in your designated area
• Manage customer purchase orders from entry to fulfillment
• Handle customer complaints from initiation to resolution
• Establish positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers
• Educate customers about our product offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner

🎯 What We're Looking For in a Candidate

• Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/English or French/English
• Educational background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service required
• Manufacturing experience: Strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written
• Problem-solving ability: Creative and effective resolution skills
• Multitasking & time management: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
