Position Overview
Our Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) are energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. To thrive in this role, you should be customer-obsessed, passionate, and capable of serving both commercial and residential clients in the green industry.
What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers 😊
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers 🤝
- Assist customers with questions and needs in person, over the phone, or through online orders 📞💻
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery 🚚
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow sales with existing and potential customers 📈
- Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and methods for improving business performance 💡
- Contribute to merchandising, inventory management, and store operations while maintaining a safe environment 🛡️
Skills We Are Seeking
- At least 1 year of retail or wholesale experience (preferred) 🏢
- Excellent customer service skills 🌟
- Bilingual proficiency - conversational in English and Spanish (preferred) 🗣️
- Knowledge of the green industry, including landscape, nursery, or irrigation products (a plus) 🌱
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and procedures 🚀
- Quick decision-making abilities 💡
- Inventory management experience (helpful) 📦
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds 💪
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 🎓
