Position Overview

Our Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) are energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves serving both commercial and residential clients in the green industry with enthusiasm and professionalism. 🌻

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers via in-person, phone, or online interactions
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and prospective customers
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and strategies
• Contribute to store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a safe work environment

Skills We Are Seeking

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products is a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
• Quick thinker with sound decision-making skills
• Inventory management experience is helpful
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
