The Role

Our Customer Payment Representatives play a vital role by assisting the Inside Sales team through facilitating payments over the phone. You will handle inbound transfers and deliver world-class customer service. This entry-level position offers valuable insights into sales processes and communication skills applicable to any career path.

• Starting Pay: $14/hr + potential bonuses/commissions 💰
• Additional Incentive: +$0.50/hr for bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers 🌟

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work on-site at our Lindon office 🏢
• Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Utah Burglar Alarm Company license
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and helpful demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multitask effectively, especially on the phone 📞
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Customer Service
