🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronic products.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and usage guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest product releases, updates, and company policies.
• Provide valuable feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the household electronics sector.
