📋 Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning orders, products, payments, and delivery status.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds in an efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay informed about product catalog, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Provide feedback to management to enhance customer service operations and boost satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or web shop environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
